A property, whether owned or leased (with a 10 year plus lease for assurance of success). We are also able and happy to help evaluate the intended location for your property.
Ability to accommodate between 150 to 300 guests, with space for food & beverage operations; pool space optional.
The financial stamina to deliver on the initial investment for building or renovating, which is typically paid upfront.
You are willing to hire local team members for your crew, pay fair wages and give back to the community.
