Durian and Mangosteen Are Not Permitted
Please note that durian and mangosteen are not permitted within the hotel premises, including guest rooms. Non-compliance with this policy will result in the forfeiture of your deposit
Security Deposit
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we require a MYR 100 security deposit in cash upon arrival
We will return your deposit to you on the day you check out, provided no damages are found, towels and linens are not soiled, and locker keys and keycards are returned
